Mr. Sun practices in the area of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secrets and related matters. Mr. Sun's experience with respect to patent includes a broad range of technical fields including electrical and mechanical areas. He has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in a variety of technical fields, involving semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes, photoelectric printing and imaging apparatus, mechanical-electrical integration, casting, metallurgy, and household appliances. He also provides legal services regarding patent search, opinions on patentability, re-examination and invalidation, infringement analysis and other matters related to intellectual property right.

Mr. Sun obtained a B.S. degree in automation from Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology, and the MPA (Master of Public Administration) degree from China Renmin University.

Mr. Sun gained his Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in China in 2001,and was admitted as Chinese attorney at law in 2002 and patent attorney in2004.

Mr. Sun is proficient in Chinese and English.
