Mr. Jiang is experienced in patent prosecution and litigation, covering the phases of prosecution of patent applications, patent invalidation proceedings, legal opinions on patent validity, patent infringement analysis, patent administrative and legal proceedings. Mr. Jiang’s patent expertise involves the areas of organic chemistry, bio-chemistry, polymer, medical biology, semiconductor etc.

Having received training at a Japan patent firm for half year, he deeply understands Japanese patent system. Mr. Jiang used to be engaged in science research work at Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College. He published an article at the magazine issued by Japan AIPPI.
